Adam brings over two decades of experience as an automotive technician. He began his career with a four-year advanced apprenticeship at Newmans Suzuki Southampton, where he trained under Suzuki GB. During this apprenticeship, Adam excelled, earning a Level 3 IMI Awards Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, and was recognized as the National Apprentice of the Year in his final year.

After completing his apprenticeship, Adam spent seven years with Suzuki, where he achieved the prestigious IMI Master Technician qualification. Following this, he joined Mercedes-Benz of Southampton, where he dedicated 15 years of service as a diagnosis technician. During his time with Mercedes-Benz, Adam expanded his expertise by obtaining a High Voltage Qualification for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles and becoming the group's AMG Specialist Technician.

Beyond his work with Mercedes-Benz, Adam has also enjoyed success in motorbike racing. He has competed in the Super Sport category at top club levels across the country, showcasing his passion and skill in motorsports.

Dave is responsible for the day-to-day management of vehicles and technicians, overseeing parts inventory, and ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met with the highest standards. With 21 years of experience in the automotive industry, all with Mercedes-Benz, Dave brings extensive knowledge of the brand and a strong ability to manage any situation effectively. A self-proclaimed workaholic, Dave also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson in his spare time.

David oversees day-to-day bookings and works closely with customers to ensure a smooth transition and timely completion of all service work. With 30 years of experience in the motor trade, he has worked with renowned brands such as Nissan, Fiat, and Ford, and has earned the IMIMI award for his expertise. Outside of work, David enjoys long walks along the seafront and riding his motorbike.

Ben is responsible for performing daily tasks such as servicing, diagnostics, and major mechanical work. He began his career at Hendy Ford, where he worked for 13 years before moving to Mercedes-Benz for another 13 years, gaining extensive experience and expertise in the automotive industry. In his free time, Ben enjoys the finer things in life, including sun-soaked holidays and snowboarding adventures.

John handles daily tasks such as servicing, diagnostics, and major mechanical work. He started his career at Ford and then moved on to Nissan, before spending 19 years at Mercedes-Benz, where he became highly familiar with the MB brand. Outside of work, John enjoys mountain biking and walking.
